How many images will I receive?
Every session has a certain number of images with an option to add on.
What to wear?
Don't be afraid of colour. Avoid branding and images on the front of t-shirts and black or neon. Choose a coordinating palette of 3-4 colours and dress your family in shades of that palette. Current trend are flowy dresses and earthy colours, browns, deep greens, burnt orange. But you can also email me about your outfit and we can talk about dressing the rest of the family.
What is the turnaround time?
All sessions turnaround time is between 3-4 weeks except weddings where it can be up to 8 weeks
Do you travel?
Yes, I can travel, with an additional travel fee.
What if I have to reschedule?
That is not a problem at all. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible and we will find another suitable date.
Inside or Outside?
For family and portrait sessions we have two options. We can take the kids outside, where we choose one of the city's best parks or beaches to use as the backdrop of your family photography session, or we can organise indoor family portraits in our North Shore, Auckland studio if you are looking for something a little more formal. These sessions typically take somewhere between half an hour to an hour, depending of how many faces are being photographed.
All Christmas mini sessions are conducted in studio only.

By booking a photography session with Enchanted Photography, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
A non refundable $50 session fee is required to secure your booking and is separate from the selected photography package. Mini sessions require full payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before final images or products are released.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible and we will arrange another suitable date. There is no charge to reschedule due to illness, injury or unsuitable weather conditions for outdoor sessions. If you cancel your session, fail to attend, or do not provide reasonable notice, the session fee is non refundable.
If I am unable to photograph your session due to illness or an emergency, we will arrange another suitable date. If rescheduling is not possible, any payments made will be refunded.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shorter session and the session may not be extended beyond the originally booked time.
Digital Images and Editing
Enchanted Photography carefully selects and professionally edits the best images from each session. Unedited or RAW files are not provided.
The delivered images represent my final artistic work. Additional or extensive editing requested after delivery may incur an additional fee.
Gallery and Image Storage
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery. Please download and safely back up your photographs once they are delivered. Enchanted Photography cannot guarantee permanent storage of galleries or digital files after delivery.
Printing and Personal Use
High resolution digital images are provided for personal use and printing. For the best results, professional printing is recommended. Enchanted Photography cannot be responsible for the colour, quality or cropping of prints produced by third party printing services.
Copyright and Social Media
Copyright remains with Enchanted Photography. Clients are welcome to share their photographs online for personal use. Please do not apply filters or make significant alterations that change the appearance of the final photographs. Credit or tagging Enchanted Photography when sharing is always greatly appreciated.
Image Use and Privacy
With your permission, selected photographs may be used by Enchanted Photography for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, exhibitions and photography competitions. If you prefer your photographs to remain private, please let me know.
Safety and Liability
Clients are responsible for themselves and any children in their care during the session. Enchanted Photography will take reasonable care throughout the session but cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by circumstances outside the photographer's reasonable control.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss or corruption of image files, or another circumstance beyond the photographer's reasonable control that prevents delivery of the photographs, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected photography service.
