Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place outdoors at a location of your choice, in my North Shore studio, in the comfort of your own home, or at your office or workplace. For outdoor sessions, I often photograph at Long Bay Regional Park and Long Bay Beach, which gives us a beautiful combination of greenery and beach photos in one session. We can choose the setting that best suits your session and the style you have in mind.
How many images will I receive?
Most sessions include 20–40 professionally edited high-resolution images, depending on the session and package, with the option to purchase additional images.
Weddings and events are different: wedding packages include a larger number of images, while event coverage typically delivers around 60 edited images per hour.
What should I wear?
Don’t be afraid of colour. Avoid large logos or graphics, as well as all-black or neon clothing. Choose a coordinating palette of 3–4 colours and dress your family in different shades within that palette. Flowing dresses and earthy tones such as brown, deep green and burnt orange photograph beautifully. You’re also welcome to email me about your outfit, and we can coordinate the rest of the family together.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time for most sessions is 3-4 weeks, while weddings may take up to 8 weeks
Do you travel?
Yes, absolutely. I’m happy to travel for your session, with an additional travel fee depending on the location.
What if I have to reschedule?
No problem at all. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as you can and we will arrange another date that works for both of us.
Terms & Conditions
All Sessions are subject to the following terms and conditions.
By booking a photography session with Enchanted Photography, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
A non refundable $50 session fee is required to secure your booking and is separate from the selected photography package. Mini sessions require full payment at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before final images or products are released.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible and we will arrange another suitable date. There is no charge to reschedule due to illness, injury or unsuitable weather conditions for outdoor sessions. If you cancel your session, fail to attend, or do not provide reasonable notice, the session fee is non refundable.
If I am unable to photograph your session due to illness or an emergency, we will arrange another suitable date. If rescheduling is not possible, any payments made will be refunded.
Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shorter session and the session may not be extended beyond the originally booked time.
Digital Images and Editing
Enchanted Photography carefully selects and professionally edits the best images from each session. Unedited or RAW files are not provided.
The delivered images represent my final artistic work. Additional or extensive editing requested after delivery may incur an additional fee.
Gallery and Image Storage
Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery. Please download and safely back up your photographs once they are delivered. Enchanted Photography cannot guarantee permanent storage of galleries or digital files after delivery.
Printing and Personal Use
High resolution digital images are provided for personal use and printing. For the best results, professional printing is recommended. Enchanted Photography cannot be responsible for the colour, quality or cropping of prints produced by third party printing services.
Copyright and Social Media
Copyright remains with Enchanted Photography. Clients are welcome to share their photographs online for personal use. Please do not apply filters or make significant alterations that change the appearance of the final photographs. Credit or tagging Enchanted Photography when sharing is always greatly appreciated.
Image Use and Privacy
With your permission, selected photographs may be used by Enchanted Photography for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, exhibitions and photography competitions. If you prefer your photographs to remain private, please let me know.
Safety and Liability
Clients are responsible for themselves and any children in their care during the session. Enchanted Photography will take reasonable care throughout the session but cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by circumstances outside the photographer's reasonable control.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss or corruption of image files, or another circumstance beyond the photographer's reasonable control that prevents delivery of the photographs, liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected photography service.
